The space This private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV for streaming entertainment. The Kitchen is fully operational with a dining table for 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dishware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided. Both bedrooms has one queen size bed each and there is also a small office area. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seat (these are not sofa beds). One queen size air mattress is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request). We also offer free laundry facilities which is located through the door of the back bedroom. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road. Street parking is free, easy to find restrictions may apply. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St. We do allow pets, however you do need to let us know that your bringing any pets and pay the one time pet fee of $90. The spacious Roof deck is shared with other tenants in the building. There are stairs in the rear of the driveway that lead to it. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice. Please note this space is a home, not a five star resort or hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in.
