The living room has very nice 65 inch smart tv preloaded with all your favorite apps facing L shaped couch. The kitchen has all the essentials for you to cook and enjoy a meal. We are in an apt building but our guest suite is completely private and not shared in any way. Free off street parking reserved for our guests. Located off highway makes easy and quick access to go any where in the Portland area in mins. Location makes this a must stay! The space Our guest suite is located on the 2nd floor. We do have neighbors below and next to us but we do not share any part of our guest suite with anyone. You will have you own entrance from the common hallway leading to your private space which has kitchenette, bathroom, very comfortable memory foam Queen bed facing 60 in smart TV. Please note this is not a fancy room but very comfortable private suite that has everything for peaceful stay close to Downtown. We are in a two family house and have neighbors normal noise should be expected. Guest access smart lock Other things to note You will be staying in private guest suite which is not full apt with full kitchen stove. We have microwave, small fridge and living space for you to enjoy. Normal noise should be expected during your stay because we have neigbors and are on main road. You will not be disappointed in this unique 2 bedroom apartment walk up 2nd floor unit able to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Perfect location in Westend, few blocks away from vibrant downtown Portland. Multiple outdoor gathering areas you will not find anywhere else including roof top deck with amazing downtown and water views of portland harbor. Fun games, hammock, BBQ grill, AC and smart TVs in all rooms all for your entertainment. Ample free street parking or paid off street parking. The space This private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV for streaming entertainment. The Kitchen is fully operational with a dining table for 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dishware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided. Both bedrooms has one queen size bed each and there is also a small office area. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seat (these are not sofa beds). One queen size air mattress is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request). We also offer free laundry facilities which is located through the door of the back bedroom. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road. Street parking is free, easy to find restrictions may apply. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St. We do allow pets, however you do need to let us know that your bringing any pets and pay the one time pet fee of $90. The spacious Roof deck is shared with other tenants in the building. There are stairs in the rear of the driveway that lead to it. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice. Please note this space is a home, not a five star resort or hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in.
